Minutes of the Feb 20 meeting were reviewed and accepted.
New members for the committee are still needed from placeCityKennebunkport. Joel will post the opening at the town office.
Joel has met with the town manager of Arundel and discussed the issue of fallen trees in the river. He also met with Barry Tibbets, manager of Kennebunk who said there is enough money in the budget for the Harbormaster to purchase some new equipment.
The issue of a pump out station was discussed and the committee unanimously agreed that the best solution was to make the existing mooring barge into a self tending station and locate it in the mooring basin. It could be rigged with a holding tank and pump for a modest expense.
No Harbormasters report.
