MINUTES OF THE MARCH 21, 2006 MEETING

Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM by Chairman Littell.
The minutes of the meeting of February 28, 2006 were accepted as presented.
The majority of the meeting consisted of a discussion regarding a proposed dock/ramp ordinance for the Towns of Arundel and Kennebunk. A proposed draft was agreed upon, and the Chairman will be submitting it to both towns.
In the Harbormaster report, Jim reported that all mooring registrations were in – 60 in total. There are 27 person on the waiting list.
Annual town reports to all three towns have been submitted by the Harbormaster and the Committee Chairman.
Jim also reported that the Harbormaster’s budget was still being tweaked, with concentration on the insurance expense for the barge.
No other business coming before the meeting, it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 7:45PM.
