MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 28, 2006 MEETING

Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Littell.
The minutes of the meeting of January 2006 were accepted as presented.
Eric Lemire representing Bill Pierce presented the application for a boardwalk and docks at 126 Summer Street, Kennebunk, which application has been accepted by the Kennebunk Planning Board, and for which a public hearing is scheduled in March. The Committee discussed at length, several concerns with this application, and it was agreed that Chairman Littell would
communicate those concerns by letter to the Planning Board before the Public Hearing.
There was a short discussion regarding the drafting of a dock ordinance for Arundel and Kennebunk. Committee members have been furnished with a copy of Kennebunkport’s ordinance, and have agreed to be prepared to discuss this at the March meeting, in order to present drafts to the two Towns.
No other business coming before the meeting, it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 7:55PM.
